I have been seeing Liz for about two years. I initially went to her for head and neck lymphatic and connective tissue work. Every therapist I saw after surgery was proficient, but Liz was a standout. Since she has started her own practice she has helped me with both my neck pain and chronic hip pain. I marvel every time I step out of her practice and either my neck is more relaxed or I'm not limping, or both! This is truly one of those practitioners I cannot recommend enough. Probably one of the best lymphatic massages I have ever had. The owner makes you feel very at ease and comfortable throughout the session. Her style is expert yet gentle. A lovely little studio that was easy to find. If you need a lymphatic massage this place definitely knows what they are doing. Not all do!
